💰 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of press-on nails and because our products are handmade specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the best resolution.

🚫 Cancellations

Because each set is handmade specifically for the customer, cancellations may only be accepted within [X hours] of placing an order.

Custom orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.
